Our Sweetheart’s Luncheon

Charles and Darlene, both from Jellico, TN, shared many stories about Charles’ career with the FBI and the impact on their relationship.

Our special time to honor our Sweethearts.  All the ladies received a red rose and a piece of chocolate adorned every plate.  Charles and Darlene Queener of Tellico Village were our speakers.  The Queeners told lots of stories about how they got started in marriage and relationship ministries later in life by first sharing the rough times they had while Charles was working for the FBI in the late 60’s through 80’s.

All total we had 34 in attendance.

Visiting Rotarian – Gary Ubben & his wife Sharon of the Loudon Club.
3 Guest couples – John & Lisa McIntee, Glen & Ellen Everhart and Bob & Meridee Anderson (Meridee’s father was a Rotarian).
Guest: Randa Colbert of Hiwassee College along with 13 Members and 10 spouses.
