Thursday Lunch Meeting, Feb 17

Great Meeting with Clayton Pangle as our speaker talking about the Tellico Village project and how it almost didn’t happen. Clayton gave us an overview of how the Tellico Lake Reservoir came to be. How the public was able to be involved. He mentioned the Committee of 100 from Lenoir City has offered ideas to the TVA and TRDA to develop more recreational areas including a hotel, campsites, RV parks and possibly a Visitors Center overlooking Fort Loudoun Lake and Dam.
